All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are available via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets. Accounts must complete KYC before withdrawing.
All bonuses are subject to stated wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and collusion will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and possible account closure.
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. agm99 reserves the right to verify identity at any stage. Use of VPNs, proxies, or bot software is strictly prohibited.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the agm99 platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. agm99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The agm99 platform is operated for and marketed to users in Indonesia. Access from certain jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under local law is not permitted. By accessing agm99, you confirm that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Personal Capacity. You must be acting in your personal capacity as a private individual. Use of the platform by corporations, partnerships, syndicates, or any other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties is prohibited unless explicitly agreed in writing with agm99.
2.4 Single Account Rule. Each eligible person may hold only one Account on agm99. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or shared device or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of agm99 Services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and contact number.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and up to date. agm99 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member. You must notify us immediately of any change to your registered details by contacting our support team.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. agm99 strongly recommends enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, whether or not you authorized it, unless you have promptly notified agm99 of unauthorized access.
3.4 Account Currency. All Accounts on agm99 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in IDR unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
4.1 Verification Requirement. agm99 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any other time agm99 deems appropriate. The KYC process is a standard procedure applied to all accounts and is not an indication of wrongdoing.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
4.3 Processing Time. agm99 will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days from receipt of all required documents. We may request additional documentation if the initial submission is incomplete or unclear. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful verification.
4.4 Failure to Verify. If a Member fails to provide satisfactory verification documentation within 30 days of a KYC request, agm99 reserves the right to suspend the Account and return the deposited balance (net of any bonus funds) to the original payment method used for deposit, subject to applicable processing fees.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. agm99 supports the following local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page of the platform and may differ by payment method. agm99 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are generally credited to your Account within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt by agm99. agm99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes under standard operating conditions. Processing times during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays (such as Idul Fitri or Nyepi), or in cases requiring additional verification may be longer. agm99 will notify affected Members of any expected delay.
5.5 Same Payment Method Policy. Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the Member's most recent deposit, unless a formal change of payment method request has been approved by agm99 following satisfactory verification. This policy exists to prevent fraud and unauthorized fund transfers.
5.6 Transaction Fees. agm99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which agm99 accepts no liability.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. agm99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier) is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.
6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the agm99 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, etc.) is set out in the individual promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
6.4 One Bonus Per Member. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion only once. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple Accounts or via a third party constitutes bonus abuse and is a Restricted Activity under Clause 8.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. agm99 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; coordinated play between linked accounts; and exploitation of technical errors or glitches to generate bonus credit. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Balance and associated winnings voided without notice, and their Account may be permanently closed.
6.6 agm99's Discretion. agm99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to decline to award a bonus to any Member at its sole discretion. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value outside of the specific promotional mechanics described.
7.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on agm99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product (sportsbook, live casino, togel, slots, etc.), which are published within the platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. agm99 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after apparent acceptance, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the bet was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in violation of these Terms. Members will be notified of voided bets and any associated wager will be returned to their Account Balance.
7.3 Obvious Errors. In the event that agm99 publishes obviously erroneous odds, lines, or game parameters due to a technical or human error, agm99 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous values and to correct the error. agm99 will take reasonable steps to notify affected Members promptly.
7.4 Random Number Generation. All fixed-odds casino games and slot titles on agm99 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by professional studio providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play) with their own regulatory oversight.
7.5 Winnings Settlement. Winnings from settled bets and completed game rounds are credited to your Account Balance promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event or game session. agm99 is not liable for any delay in result feed data from third-party sports data providers.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agm99 platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.1 All content on the agm99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data — is the intellectual property of agm99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the agm99 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any agm99 content.
9.3 Unauthorized use of agm99's intellectual property, including scraping of odds or game data, automated data collection, and reproduction of platform content on third-party websites, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 agm99's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering on agm99, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10.2 agm99 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and where applicable, marketing communications (subject to your consent preferences). We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
10.3 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by agm99 by contacting our support team. Such requests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agm99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the agm99 platform.
11.2 agm99's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 agm99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party service provider outages, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, and telecommunications failures) may affect platform availability.
11.4 Gambling involves financial risk. agm99 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses you incur as a result of wagering activity on the platform. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that all betting and gaming decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.
12.1 Suspension by agm99. agm99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent activity, have provided false information, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. We will endeavor to provide written notification within 24 hours of any suspension action.
12.2 Closure by agm99. Following investigation of a suspended Account, agm99 may permanently close the Account and, where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, may void any remaining Balance. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Closure by Member. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting agm99 support. Any verified Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
12.4 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the immediate suspension of access to all agm99 Services for the duration of the exclusion period. 13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the agm99 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to agm99's international licensing jurisdiction.
13.2 agm99 operates as an internationally licensed platform. We are not regulated by any Indonesian government authority, and online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. By using the platform, you confirm that you have independently assessed the legality of your participation in online gambling under the laws of your own jurisdiction, and that you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
13.3 Any dispute between you and agm99 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority under which agm99 operates.
14.1 agm99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by posting an updated version of these Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account.
14.2 Your continued use of the agm99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 12.3.
14.3 agm99 will not apply amendments retroactively to bets already placed or bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered at the time the amendment takes effect.
